This person will lead international transportation operations while helping the organization optimize service, reliability, visibility, and cost performance across its global supply chain network. Why This Opportunity Stands OutLead global ocean, air, and parcel carrier operations for a large international supply chain. Drive transportation strategy, carrier partnerships, network optimization, and operational excellence. Influence cross-functional business decisions and support ongoing organizational growth. Manage and develop a globally distributed team while leading continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll OwnDevelop and execute international transportation strategies that improve service, reliability, visibility, and cost performance. Lead carrier, freight forwarder, and third-party provider relationships, including contract negotiations and performance management. Oversee global shipment execution, freight visibility, audit and payment processes, capacity planning, and transportation reporting. Build and develop high-performing teams while establishing KPIs, operational standards, and continuous improvement programs. What Will Help You Succeed 12+ years of international transportation experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role. Experience managing carrier operations, transportation providers, logistics networks, and global supply chain processes. Strong analytical, project management, process improvement, and data visualization capabilities.
