Job Summary:
This role is responsible for designing and evolving compensation programs for a large, seasonal expert workforce. You will partner with business leaders and HR to create market pricing, job architecture, and incentive structures that support business needs. The position requires a blend of technical compensation expertise and strategic collaboration to deliver scalable and effective pay solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine core compensation programs for experts.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to translate needs into pay solutions.
- Provide expert compensation advice and explain design rationale.
- Ensure compliance and consistency of compensation programs.
- Modernize compensation processes using automation and AI.Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in compensation program design.
- Strong analytical and data modeling abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience designing compensation programs for large or distributed workforces, particularly those with seasonal or high-volume populations, is highly preferred.
