Key Responsibilities:- Cold call provided leads to pitch and close Merchant Cash Advance deals
- Manage the full sales cycle from first call to funded deal
- Build rapport with business owners and guide them through the MCA process
- Maintain consistent follow-up to move deals forward
- Participate in training to learn the MCA space and sharpen your sales skills
- Continuously improve call performance and conversion rates
Qualifications:- Highly motivated, hungry, and not afraid to pick up the phone
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Sales experience is a plus but not required training will be provided
