Territory Sales – Industrial Services: Dothan, Alabama We’re partnering with one of North America’s leading industrial power and electromechanical service businesses to appoint a Territory Sales Manager within its growing service division. This is a field-based sales role offering a competitive base salary + uncapped commission, with the opportunity to take ownership of a territory, develop new business and grow an established customer base.
The Role:
You’ll work directly with industrial customers to develop opportunities across electromechanical repair, rotating equipment, field services and wider power-management solutions.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Winning new customers and developing your territory
- Growing and expanding existing accounts
- Building relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering and plant leadership
- Identifying opportunities across repair, maintenance and field services
- Managing your own pipeline and commercial activity
- Working closely with technical and operational teams to deliver customer solutions
What We're Looking For:- We’re interested in commercially driven people with experience in industrial sales, account management or business development.
- Experience across electric motors, rotating equipment, electromechanical services, pumps, industrial maintenance, field services or related industrial equipment would be particularly relevant.
- You’ll need to be proactive, comfortable developing new business and motivated by the opportunity to directly benefit from the revenue you generate.
