Ascendia Law is looking for an independent immigration attorney (student visas) We're expanding our network of trusted counsel and are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to collaborate with us on a case-by-case basis as an independent contractor.
What we're looking for:- 3+ years of experience in F-1 and J-1 visas, OPT, and related student visa matters for foreign students in the U.S.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, or an LL.M. with bar admission
- Admitted and in good standing in any U.S. state
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- South Florida resident is a plus, but the work can be done remotely from any U.S. state
