Duties:
Provide legal counsel on federal consumer finance laws and state licensing. Manage complex legal matters and supervise legal teams. Interact with state or federal regulators. Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit.
Requirements:
Minimum of eight years of relevant experience. Strong writing, client counseling, and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and articulate legal strategies. Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one. Education Excellent academic credentials.
Certifications:
