Sanitation & GMP Compliance Specialist (HPP)

Boar's Head Brand is seeking a sanitation-focused team member to help ensure facility sanitary specifications are met. The role involves adhering to GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and plant policies, while performing hourly rounds in production and storage areas. You will monitor temperatures, verify cleanliness, and sign SSOP sheets. Strong teamwork and communication with supervision, QA, and USDA personnel are essential to success in this role.
