Pay & Compensation$16 per hour base pay+ 20% commission on services Tips from satisfied customers Most technicians earn between $3000.00 per month - $6000.00 per month per hour ScheduleMonday through Saturday + 1 weekday off. Average 35–45 hours per week Full-time opportunity with consistent work
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpet, upholstery, floor cleaning, air duct, and 24/7 emergency water restoration services in customer's homes and businesses
- Provide excellent customer service while explaining services and recommendations
- Operate company equipment and maintain the cleanliness of work vehicles
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- At least 19 years of age
- Motor vehicle and drug test (excludes THC)
- Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Customer service skills
