Senior Nuclear Counsel & Regulatory Strategist

AEP seeks a Senior Counsel or Assistant General Counsel (Nuclear) to lead legal and regulatory matters for nuclear generation, including the Cook Plant and future SMRs. The role requires deep regulatory expertise and collaboration across engineering, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams. You will manage licensing, permitting, and compliance with NRC regulations, and support contracts, export controls, and litigation related to nuclear operations.
