Canadian Solar is seeking a commercial lawyer to join its legal team at the parent company level, located in Jeffersonville, IN with hybrid work options. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements and provide day-to-day legal support to the parent company and global subsidiaries.
The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of corporate/commercial experience, a valid law license, strong drafting skills, and excellent communication.
