Shipping & Dock Specialist

Dock CoordinatorBCI Solutions is looking for a dependable, organized Dock Coordinator to help keep our shipping dock accurate, organized, and moving. This is a hands-on, non-supervisory position. The Dock Coordinator does not manage employees or have direct reports. This role supports the day-to-day shipping operation by arranging outbound shipments, entering shipping information, communicating with supervisors and leads, and helping maintain an efficient dock area. If you're comfortable using a computer, good at keeping things organized, and prefer an active job instead of sitting behind a desk all day, this could be a strong fit.

Previous management or supervisory experience is not required. We're looking for someone who can reliably coordinate the work of the dock, not manage a department or team. This Is an Active RoleThis position combines computer work with regular activity on the shipping dock. More than half of the workday may involve standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, or crouching. The position requires manual dexterity, coordination, stamina, and the ability to work in an active manufacturing and shipping environment. Employees may occasionally work around moving equipment, elevated temperatures, and higher noise levels.
