Independent Living Support Counselor (30 hrs/wk)

Easterseals NH in Hooksett, NH is seeking Residential Support Counselors to join a compassionate team. The role is 30 hours per week with shifts Thursday 7a-3p, Friday 7a-3p, and Saturday 7a-9p, providing support to three adults in a residential home setting. You will help promote independence, ensure safety, assist with daily living tasks, accompany clients to activities, and document daily progress consistent with each care plan.
