Real Estate Attorney

Responsibilities: Lead commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and development matters. Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and related transaction documents. Manage title, survey, due diligence, and closing requirements, coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and other parties. Advise clients on transaction structure, risk allocation, and practical solutions to move deals forward. Maintain and grow client relationships, contribute portable business, and collaborate with colleagues on firm-generated matters. Qualifications / Requirements Substantial commercial real estate transactional experience, with the ability to independently manage matters from initial negotiations through closing. Strong drafting and negotiation skills across acquisitions, leasing, and/or real estate finance. An established, portable book of business; size and composition will be discussed confidentially. Excellent judgment, responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
