Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to assist guests with directions, information on property amenities, hours of operation, and local activities. You will coordinate with Bellpersons, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security to resolve requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, relaying messages accurately, handling special requests, and communicating VIP arrivals to designated staff.
