Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized physical therapy services, assessing individual patient goals and needs to develop tailored treatment plans. Manage an appropriate caseload to provide each patient with focused attention and treatment. Utilize advanced techniques in orthopedic outpatient care, building on previous experiences and skills in the field. Implement evidence-based treatment methodologies that emphasize cost-effective approaches to enhance patients' movement and mobility. Encourage non-surgical interventions as primary solutions and minimize the dependency on medications for pain relief. Create comprehensive care frameworks that may include various therapeutic techniques, exercise regimens, and lifestyle adjustments. Generously motivate patients through their rehabilitation process to enhance their physical capabilities and overall well-being. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust as necessary to optimize patient progress. Document all patient interactions and treatment details using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, ensuring thorough and accurate patient care documentation. Patient Population / Client FocusOur primary focus is on outpatient rehabilitation, catering to a diverse patient population including athletes, post-operative individuals, and those dealing with chronic pain or injuries. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with various demographics and committed to helping each patient achieve their unique rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. An active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, free of sanctions or disciplinary actions. Demonstrated proficiency in a range of manual therapy techniques and modalities. Proven ability to design and implement effective exercise and wellness programs tailored to individual needs. Proficient in the use of EMR software for efficient documentation practices. Strong foundation in current physical therapy research and techniques, ensuring the delivery of best practices in patient care.

Preferred Experience: Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with sports rehabilitation practices. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and enhance their treatment experience.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
