Hotel General Manager — Lead Operations & Guest Experience

Savara Hospitality Inc. seeks a seasoned General Manager for a full-time role in Blowing Rock, NC. This position oversees the total operation of the property, drives guest satisfaction, and ensures financial objectives are met while maintaining cost and quality standards. The GM will supervise Front Desk, F&B, Maintenance and Housekeeping, manage hiring and development, and coordinate with sister properties to optimize resources. Weekend, night, and holiday work are required.
