The Task At Hand: Craft drinks for every occasionmimosas at brunch, chef's-tasting-menu pairings, or espresso to-go. Create a warm, laidback atmosphere and keep the bar tidy and welcoming for guests and staff alike. Learn our steps of service, products, menu, and systems inside and out. Restock, replenish, and prep the bar as needed. Communicate openly with bar and restaurant managers on customer feedback. Collaborate with hotel staff to make sure overnight guests know about exclusive bar offerings and promotions.
