$70k base + 10% of net commissions
1st year ~$110k OTE
2nd year ~$200k+ OTE
3rd year ~$300k+ OTE
This role is responsible for driving loan originations across the platform. You will be sourcing, structuring, and closing deals with real estate investors and developers, while building long-term borrower relationships.
This is a production-focused role within a high-performance environment. The expectation is consistent deal flow, strong borrower relationships, and disciplined execution.
