Qualifications: Active CDL Class A license Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents Compensation and Bonuses Solo Drivers Base pay: 65 cents per mile Safety and productivity bonus: up to 10 cents per mile $2,500 sign-on bonus Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home 99% no touch Weekly pay range: $1,350 - $2,250 Team Drivers Base pay: 77 cents per mile Safety and productivity bonus: 5 cents per mile $10,000 sign-on bonus Home time: 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home 99% no touch Weekly pay range: $3,200-$4,500 (split)
