Customer Interaction Skills: Clear, helpful communication when assisting customers and answering questions Stocking & Merchandising: Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards Product Knowledge: Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments Attention to Detail: Accuracy in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items Organization & Time Management: Managing multiple tasks while maintaining clean, organized work areas Inventory Awareness: Monitoring product levels and assisting with restocking and ordering processes Equipment Use: Handling tools such as pallet jacks, box cutters, or handheld devices following safety guidelines Adaptability: Comfort moving between tasks, departments, and priorities throughout the shift Physical Capability: Comfort with standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 lbs., and working in varying environments including backroom and outdoor areas
