The University of Rochester seeks a senior leader to direct the Benefits team within Total Rewards. You will oversee health care and retirement plans for faculty, staff and retirees, partnering with HR and university leaders to design competitive programs.
You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure ERISA and HIPAA compliance, manage multi-year programs, and mentor staff to deliver innovative and cost-effective benefits across the university.
