Privacy Counsel

Key responsibilities: Advise business partners on global, state, and federal privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging AI laws Elevate and evolve established privacy programs to ensure enterprise-wide compliance strategies Support technology product development and commercial operations, including commercial contracting as neededRequired qualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership in good standing 3+ years of experience in an in-house law department, with at least 1 year focused on privacy law Authorization to work in the applicable jurisdiction CIPP certifications are preferred Management experience is a plus but not required
