E-Commerce Order Processor We are looking for a detail oriented person to handle all E-commerce orders that drop thru our system. We are an Accessory Distributor for General Motors and Ford Motor company. We ship daily to dealerships and consumers.
What you'll do:- Processor is responsible for accurately reviewing, processing, printing and following through on customers orders from start to finish
- Seeking candidates with computer proficiency and who have a familiarity with online retail platforms, order processing, and attention to detail will thrive in this position
- Process orders from our online store into our accounting system
- Review each order for accuracy, ensuring no address, payment, or product errors
- Prepare all orders for shipment
- Answer customer service related phone calls and respond to email requests
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. NetSuite experience a BONUS.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to describe products accurately and thoroughly.
Ability to learn and understand new computer programs quickly.
Ability to self-manage.
