We are currently placing a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at a skilled nursing facility in Stockton, CA for a 13-week contact with a flexible start date. Stockton sits in the heart of California's Central Valley — close to the Bay Area, Sacramento, and the Sierra Nevada — making it a convenient and accessible base for a travel contract. Anticipated duration of contract: 13 weeks Scope of Work: Implement PT-directed treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise and mobility training Assist with gait, balance, and transfers Monitor patient response and report changes to PTDocument treatments accurately and timely Support fall prevention and safety measures Collaborate with interdisciplinary team Educate residents on exercises and safety Assist with discharge planning
