Bilingual Packing Lead — Training & Daily Ops

Westaff is hiring a Bilingual Packing Lead Assistant for a manufacturing client in SW Indy. The role blends hands-on packing, training, and daily production support, with pay at $24/hour and a 5:00AM-3:30PM, Mon-Fri schedule. You will assist the Packing Lead with staffing, train new employees, cover packing positions during breaks, and ensure orders are properly packaged while maintaining a safe, organized workplace and contributing to continuous improvement.
