Job Description: Warehouse & Production Associate
Position Overview
Location: Jessup, MD
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Early First Shift)
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

We are seeking dedicated Warehouse & Production Associates to join a dynamic team in Laurel, MD, distributing specialty products to government clients. This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity to learn marketable skills, receive hands-on training, and advance your warehouse career!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Material Handling: Safely receive, sort, and stack incoming panels and materials.
  • Refurbishment: Utilize hand tools and machinery to clean, strip, and refurbish access panels to high-quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain flexibility to rotate through various workstations and complete diverse production tasks as required.
  • General Warehouse Support: Assist with other daily warehouse duties to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient facility.
  • Qualifications & Skills Must-Haves:
  • At least 6 months of recent assembly, production, or warehouse experience.
  • Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform active warehouse duties.
  • Must have and wear closed-toe shoes on the production floor.
  • Willingness to submit to a background check.
