Obsidian is building a public-company investor relations practice. You will draft earnings releases, prepared remarks, and Q&A briefings for quarterly results, and own the earnings cycle from script to analyst engagement.
You will build investor materials, assess activist vulnerability, analyze ownership, and advise on dividend and capital return strategies within a high-impact in-house IR function.
