APPLY NOWAtlas Search is working with an established real estate private credit firm to hire an Investor Relations Associate. You'll own day-to-day service for the firm's existing investors, from onboarding and paperwork to reporting and materials. This is a hands-on role for someone who has done the work personally, not just managed it.
What You'll Do:
Investor onboarding and processing: Prepare and process subscription documents, KYC, custodian forms, and transfers that move capital in and out.
Investor service: Manage portal access and handle statements, 1099s, and K-1s for existing investors.
CRM:
Keep investor records accurate and up to date.
Due diligence: Complete DDQs and respond to investor and consultant requests.
Materials: Build investor decks, letters, and conference and roadshow materials.
What We're Looking For:
Several years of hands-on investor onboarding experience. You should be able to start on day one without needing to be walked through the process.
Direct, personal experience processing subscription documents, KYC, custodian paperwork, and transfers. Experience only supervising a team that did this work won't meet the bar for this role.
Real estate, private credit, or alternative investments experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working directly with investors.
