We are currently seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Class A Transport Driver to join our Lakewood, WA team. This role is ideal for an experienced driver who values professionalism, customer service, and safe vehicle transport operations.
Responsibilities:
- Check in with management each morning to receive delivery schedules and assignments
- Safely transport new, fleet, and service vehicles throughout the Pacific Northwest
- Load and unload vehicles in accordance with company safety procedures
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and traffic laws
- Communicate professionally with customers during vehicle deliveries and pickups
- Pick up parts, materials, and freight from local vendors as needed
- Complete required transportation and delivery documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid Class A CDLClean driving record with no DUI or reckless driving violations
- Experience operating transport trucks, delivery trucks, car haulers, or tow trucks
- Ability to safely load, secure, and transport vehicles
- Ability to lift to 60 pounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Experience transporting fleet, commercial, or specialty vehicles
Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety requirements
Compensation and Benefits:
- $25 - $30/hr. based on experience
