Press Brake Operator

Title: Brake Press Operator

Location: Winston Salem, NC

Pay Range: $18.00/hour

Shift: 1st 7am - 3:30pmWhat's the Job? Set up and operate CNC and manual brake press machines to bend and form sheet metal parts. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, drawings, and manufacturing specifications to produce parts dimensions using calipers, tape measures, protractors, and other precision measuring instruments. Inspect finished products and perform first-piece, in-process, and final quality checks to meet standards and tolerances. Monitor machine operation, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and maintain accurate production and quality 's Needed? Previous brake press, machine operating, or metal fabrication experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings. Experience using precision measuring tools to confirm dimensions and tolerances. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and safe work practices. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. What's in it for me? Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with overtime as needed.
