Digital Project ManagerThis person will support digital content and customer communication initiatives, with a focus on RCS and other messaging channels such as SMS and email. They will manage projects through an Agile environment, coordinate across Product, Design, Engineering, and business teams, track timelines and priorities, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure deliverables stay on track. The ideal candidate is a strong digital project manager who understands content and customer communications and can keep multiple cross-functional initiatives organized and moving forward.
