Job Description:
You must have a valid driver's license and own a reliable car to qualify for this position. This cleaner will be cleaning a heavy industrial foundry, an industrial manufacturing facility, and a corporate office that are all less than a 10-minute drive apart.
Heavy Industrial Foundry - Fridley: This is a tough, heavy-duty environment. It can be hot, loud, and dirty, with a noticeable smell of melting metal and industrial lubricants. You will be cleaning up black soot, grime, and metallic dust.
Industrial Manufacturing Facility - Coon Rapids: Because this site manufactures industrial dust-collection systems, the facility itself handles heavy materials. Expect a noisy environment with airborne particles, standard manufacturing smells, and debris that requires thorough, physical cleaning.
Corporate Office - Mounds View: While cleaner than the industrial sites, office cleaning requires meticulous attention to detail. The downside here is the repetitive nature of the work—such as wiping down countless desks, sanitizing restrooms, and emptying endless breakroom trash bins under strict time constraints.
