Registered Nurse - House Supervisor

Job Summary: Responsible for supervising nursing services and team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. Oversees daily nursing operations, complying with regulations, policies, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities: Supervise nursing assistants and LPNs to ensure adherence to care plans and clinical standards. Review and update resident care plans, ensuring current and accurate documentation. Coordinate and assist with physician rounds, treatments, and interventions as needed. Monitor resident conditions, report significant changes, and facilitate communication with families and team members. Ensure medication administration, treatment documentation, and lab specimen collection comply with policies. Conduct team conferences, assist with staff orientation, and participate in performance evaluations.
