Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and security. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and business teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives. Help drive cross-functional projects to completion while managing competing priorities and deadlines.

Technical Skills: Experience with IAM platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Okta, or similar solutions. Knowledge of identity and security protocols including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Experience working in fast-paced environments while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Release Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role. Experience supporting large-scale technology initiatives involving multiple departments and stakeholders. Familiarity with IAM governance, compliance, operational reporting, and process improvement. Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt to evolving priorities. This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines a strong foundation in IAM with project coordination, process improvement, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, and who enjoys driving meaningful outcomes across a complex technology organization.
