Location: Remote / Relationship-Based Shepherd Staff is a church search firm that partners with churches, Christian schools, and faith-based organizations to help them navigate key leadership transitions with wisdom, care, and clarity. We are seeking trusted ministry-minded leaders to join the Shepherd Staff Affiliate Network. A Shepherd Staff Affiliate helps connect churches and faith-based organizations with Shepherd Staff when they are beginning a search for a pastor, ministry leader, or key staff position. This role is ideal for pastors, denominational leaders, consultants, nonprofit leaders, ministry networkers, and other trusted voices who are already walking alongside churches and ministry organizations. This is not a traditional employment role. It is a strategic referral partnership built on trust, shared ministry values, and a desire to help churches find the right leaders for long-term Kingdom impact.

Key Responsibilities: Identify churches or faith-based organizations that may need staffing or search support Make warm introductions between church leaders and Shepherd Staff Serve as a trusted relational bridge between Shepherd Staff and potential client churches Help expand awareness of Shepherd Staff's ministry-minded search process Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all referral conversations Represent Shepherd Staff's heart for serving churches with care, clarity, and pastoral wisdom Ideal AffiliateHas meaningful relationships with pastors, churches, denominational networks, or faith-based organizations Understands the importance of healthy leadership transitions Is relational, trustworthy, and ministry-minded Communicates clearly and professionally Values integrity over transactional networking Shares Shepherd Staff's desire to help churches build healthy, thriving teams May be a pastor, denominational leader, consultant, ministry leader, nonprofit leader, or well-connected church advocate Compensation Shepherd Staff offers a small honorarium as a thank-you when a referred church engages Shepherd Staff for a full search. The honorarium may be paid personally or directed to a ministry or nonprofit of the Affiliate's choice.
