Woodlawn Care Center is hiring dependable, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our per diem team. Located near Lake Sunapee, Woodlawn offers a smaller, personal environment where you can build relationships with residents and work closely with your nursing team. Pay and Scheduling$32.00 per hour base rate. Additional shift differentials may apply. Scheduling based on facility needs and your availability. Shifts include days (6 AM–2 PM), evenings (2 PM–10 PM), and nights (10 PM–6 AM), depending on current openings.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized nursing care according to residents' care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Collaborate with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
Support residents' comfort, dignity, and safety.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
Current authorization to practice as an LPN in New Hampshire, with a license in good standing.
Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-focused approach.
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
