Our client located in Chicago, IL (60626) is seeking an HR Director. Lead, mentor, and develop HR Managers, Generalists, Specialists, Student Workers and support staff. Will be the right hand person to the CHRO along with serving as an HRBP to a group of 200-300 employees. Manage 5-6 HR Managers and an HR Generalist. Lead and support HR Managers in employee relations, investigations, grievance resolution, and conflict management for unionized and non-unionized staff, assuming direct responsibility as needed. Promote inclusive recruitment and retention practices, jumping in to help with recruiting when needed. Oversee HR analytics, reporting and performance measurement. ADA Claim Management. Work on ad hoc projects and employee engagement as needed.10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years of supervisor experience and ADA claim management.~ Bachelor's Degree is required.~ Salary is $150-165K DOE, 100% onsite, and some local travel involved when needed.
