Job Description:
THE FLOW DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Inaugural Cohort — 2026 — East Territory One of Three Positions Available Regionally Training Locations: Wilmington, NCFayetteville, NCSouthern Pines, NC Build Your Career. Lead with Purpose. Grow with Hubbard.
About Hubbard Supplyhouse:
Hubbard Supplyhouse is a plumbing and irrigation supply house specializing in kitchen, bath, appliances, and lighting. We proudly serve local plumbers, builders, and homeowners in bringing beautiful and functional living spaces to life. As a family-owned, Christian company, our Core Focus is “Honoring God with a great team that builds customer partnerships by delivering on expectations.” Our team is built on trust, service, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
About the Program:
We don’t hire for roles — we develop leaders. The Flow Development Program is a selective, 6-month rotational experience that places one exceptional associate in the East Territory, giving them a front-row view of every corner of our business before placing them in a long-term role where they can potentially grow into leadership. This position will train across our East Territory branches — Wilmington, NC, Fayetteville, NC, Southern Pines, NC — providing broad exposure to how our business operates across Eastern North Carolina. This is the inaugural cohort, and the beginning of a talent pipeline that will grow with the company. Associates who complete the program will have earned deep knowledge across Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Building Customer Partnerships, and more, and will transition into a permanent role where they can build a real career and potentially grow into leadership. For associates who demonstrate exceptional growth, the program may extend an additional 1–4 months through a Phase 5 Extended Specialization — deeper, hands-on experience in Sales Office, Showroom, and/or Purchasing — to build an even more well-rounded future leader before permanent placement. This program is designed for people who see a supply house and think there’s more going on here than meets the eye. You’re right — and we’d like to show you.
