YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering 2+ years of experience in chemical engineering or related technical roles 2+ years working with chemical engineering principles, process design, and optimization techniques, especially as they relate to plating processes 2+ years working with safety standards and regulatory compliance in chemical manufacturing environments, especially as they relate to plating processesWE VALUEAdvanced degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and product development Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive project execution Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies The annual base salary range for this position is $93,400 - $117,000.
