Your Role:
Dominate the floor no hiding in the corner. Youre the reason people ride out of here with something loud, fast, and unforgettable.
Know your stuff if you cant talk confidently about Desmodromic valves or boxer engines, youre in the wrong business.
Test rides, deals, follow-ups, closes you own the sales process end-to-end.
Chase knowledge if a customer knows more than you, thats embarrassing.
Keep the bull low, and the standards high professionalism doesnt mean soft. It means sharp.
