Machine Tool Electrician

Job Description: Job Description Position Responsibilities are as follows: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and rework electronic and associated electrical systems of precision machine tools and other manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with original equipment manufacturer specificationsTroubleshoot communication protocols to facilitate the transmission and receipt of information between various machine tool and production systemsCollaborate with other crafts to assist in troubleshooting outside the central control system as neededDiagnose malfunctions in systems and components, determining corrective actions to restore optimal operating efficiencyCommunicate relevant information to succeeding shifts using management-approved methodsWork with lower-classification employees on maintenance, installation, repair, retrofit, modification, calibration, adjustment, and testing of precision machine tools and subsystemsPlan jobs by coordinating equipment, tools, drawings and procedures to facilitate job completionMaintain and utilize schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, technical documents, and applicable specifications and codesPerform tasks associated with other job classifications when necessary to complete assignments Company Description Bleichert is a manufacturing company, specializing in conveyor systems, that are used in the automotive industry.
