Semiconductor Mechanical Engineer - Vacuum & RF Systems

Xoriant is seeking a mechanical design engineer to design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging for semiconductor applications. The role involves feasibility studies, testing, and directing prototype fabrication activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience with vacuum systems, RF high voltage, heat transfer, RCCA, and FMEA, plus strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on, on-site engineering position in California.
