Ur-Energy Inc. in Casper, Wyoming, seeks an Assistant General Counsel to manage the mineral land portfolio and advance acquisition projects.
You will report to the General Counsel and collaborate with Geology, Operations, Engineering, HSE, and executives, guiding landmen, surveyors, and outside title counsel. You will draft and negotiate leases, access agreements, and conveyances while supporting commercial contracts, permitting, and corporate matters.
