Lead an obstetrics team delivering exceptional care to mothers and newborns, with weekday hours and a meaningful impact on family health.
Must-Haves:
Current Michigan RN license
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
BLS for Healthcare Providers
NRP, AWHONN EFM, AWHONN POEP, and STABLE certifications (current or within 1 year of hire)
Annual influenza vaccination or declination
Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
What You’ll Do:
Lead and coordinate patient care in the OB department using the nursing process
Identify and resolve issues affecting clinical service
Lead performance improvement studies and initiatives
Serve as the clinical resource on patient care, flow, and standards
Ensure compliance with accreditation and healthcare regulations
Manage staff scheduling, education, and performance evaluations
Coordinate patient education in Labor and Delivery
Nice-to-Haves:
4+ years of Labor and Delivery experience
2+ years of healthcare leadership experience
BSN
