Job Description:
Rewind Operator (3rd Shift) Green Bay, WISmyth-Green Bay is looking for a detail-oriented Rewind Operator to join our Print Finishing team. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality product labels seen on store shelves every day while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule Sunday - Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AMWhat You'll DoSet up, operate, and maintain CEI rewind equipment Inspect finished labels to ensure quality standards are met Follow production specifications and work priorities Complete production documentation accurately Perform preventive maintenance tasks Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
What We're Looking For:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to perform basic math and read a ruler
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Strong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Flexographic printing experience preferred
- Lean manufacturing experience a plus
