Top starting mileage pay:
$0.80/mile

Top 50% of drivers average $121,800 per driver/year
Top starting mileage pay:
$1.07/mile

CDL A Truck Driver Requirements:
Must possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL A)
At least 8 months of verifiable commercial driving experience, or 6 months if you are teaming with an experienced driver
Currently eligible to operate a commercial motor vehicle under DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policy
To remain eligible for company insurance coverage, operators must demonstrate a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR), defined as having three (3) or fewer moving violations in the most recent three-year window
No recordable accidents or major moving violations (as defined by 49 CFR 383.5) within the last 3 years
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (per 49 CFR Part 40) and have a clear status in the FMCSA Clearinghouse
