Enterprise Solutions is seeking an outstanding bilingual Electrical Trades Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled electrical trades across Texas. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, partnering with TX leadership to build a strong pipeline and fill roles quickly. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recruiting experience (construction staffing preferred), is fluent in English and Spanish, thrives in a high-volume environment, and demonstrates excellent
