ELA Content Teacher Teaching Leadership Track

Think Academy International in San Jose, CA, is seeking an ELA Content Teacher on the Teaching Management Track to blend classroom teaching with leadership responsibilities. This full-time, onsite role combines teaching, curriculum support, teacher training, and instructional leadership. You will teach Think Academy's elementary ELA courses, help improve teaching quality, and train other teachers. Strong performers may advance into a Teaching Management Lead role as the program grows.
