AI-Driven Partner Operations Architect

Supabase is seeking a senior Partner Operations & Systems Lead to design and run the operational backbone for Partnerships. You’ll own systems, data, and internal tooling, shaping how the team scales with AI-assisted development and data-driven decision making. You’ll build onboarding and certification programs, manage RFC/DRI frameworks, and lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance.
