BragDev Talent finds and vets senior engineers for U.S. companies. Every engineer we present has been interviewed live by a senior engineer in the same stack, with identity and work history verified, a technical assessment, a communication evaluation and two references. The client receives a written evidence profile, not just a resume. We are a new business line of BragDev LLC (Austin, TX), recruiting our founding sales partners. Our first focus is technology teams at U.S. insurance carriers, MGAs, TPAs, insurtechs and financial-services companies. We accept qualified deals from any U.S. industry. What you sell Companies with a confirmed, funded senior engineering role buy a 90-day Talent Access Membership. It pays for a targeted search: role intake, sourcing, vetting, weekly written progress reports and a live view of the search. There is no hire guarantee, and the fee is not refunded if the market has no suitable people. If the client hires someone we present, a direct-hire fee applies. This is a paid search sold before a hire. If you only sell success-fee recruiting, this role is not a fit. Roles you'll help fill Senior backend, full-stack and front-end engineers (Java, Python, .NET, Node.js and more) Cloud, platform and DevOps engineers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes) Data, AI and machine learning engineers Tech leads and software architects

- Run discovery: roles, skills, urgency, budget, location, engagement type and buying constraints
- Bring qualified needs to the founder, who leads proposals, intake and technical evaluation
- Grow accounts through renewals, added roles and referrals
